Reverend Jeremiah Wright was a  Black Muslim before becoming a Christian minister. He is the former pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, a 10,000 member African-American megachurch. Revered Wright preached the gospel of Social Justice, Collective Salvation, and Black Liberation theology. I feel sorry for the people in his church who never heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was Barack Obama’s pastor and mentor for twenty years. President Obama is standing on his shoulders. Thanks a lot, Reverend Wright.

Dedicated to the Devil

In a recent newsletter, the National Education Association listed Saul Alinsky’s book, Rules for Radicals, as recommended reading, especially for those who want to make a difference The reviewer goes on and on about what a great man Alinsky was.

Did Alinsky make a difference? Sure he did, but it was a negative and destructive one. He made a huge contribution to the destruction of the United States of America through this book. Alinsky’s followers have used his principles to advance their dream of an Atheist and Marxist America.

If you have a copy of it, take a look at the dedication page. Or, just Google it like I did.  You will see that Alinsky actually dedicated his book to the devil:

“Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins—or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom—Lucifer.” –Saul Alinsky

When I first saw this, I was horrified. But at least, he came right on out with it. This a handbook for people who hate God, hate Christianity, and hate America.

It’s too bad that Saul Alinsky never read the Bible or believed it. He would have known about Lucifer’s ultimate fate, along with everyone who is deceived by him and worships him. They’re all going to be cast into the Lake of Fire, which is the second death.

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20:10

Schoolteachers can’t have a copy of the Bible on their desk, or even read it on their lunch break. But this anti-Christian and anti-American book is recommended reading for teachers! And it’s dedicated to the devil! They can’t teach the Ten Commandments, because they are from the Bible. But the NEA wants their teachers to read Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.

Okay, so now I get it. Secularism, Marxism, Atheism, that is the official state religion. It really doesn’t have a name. It’s a coalition of everything that opposes Christianity, and America. And Rules for Radicals is their Bible. But what are they doing?

These are not nice people. They’re wicked evil men who want to enslave you and your children. They’re completely serious about the “fundamental transformation of America.” They want to transform America into a Socialist state.

They know that Capitalism produces prosperity and Socialism produces poverty. They just want all of us to live in poverty.

Because poverty-stricken people are easy to manipulate. You can buy them for a piece of bread. That’s why they want to do away with Capitalism.

They  want to confiscate everything we’ve got.  So they can make slaves of us all.

Why Is The Bible So Dangerous to Progressives?

When the Pilgrims stepped off the Mayflower, they brought the Bible with them. The reason they endured great hardships and came to America was this: They wanted their children to live in a society that was governed by Biblical principles. They fulfilled that dream. Their descendents, The Founding Fathers, gave us a nation where we are still free to govern ourselves.

Throughout history, our leaders warned us repeatedly that “Those people who will not be governed by God will be ruled by tyrants.” (Wm Penn) “It is when people forget God that tyrants forge their chains.”(Patrick Henry) “You can’t enslave a Bible-reading people.” (Horace Greeley) And the Bible was America’s textbook for the first three hundred and fifty years of our existence.

Noah Webster was the greatest American educator who ever lived. Look at what he wrote in his public school textbook, “History of the United States” in 1832: “The religion which has introduced civil liberty is the religion of Christ and his apostles, which enjoins humility, piety, and benevolence; which acknowledges in every person a brother, or a sister, and a citizen with equal rights. This is genuine Christianity, and to this we owe our free Constitutions of Government.”

He was writing to school children. He gave them the following advice, and man, oh man, does this ever apply to this today!

“When you become entitled to exercise the right of voting for public officers, let it be impressed on your mind that God commands you to choose for rulers just men who will rule in the fear of God. The preservation of a republican government depends on the faithful discharge of this duty.

If the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted; laws will be made not for the public good so much as for the selfish or local purposes; Corrupt or incompetent men will be appointed to execute the laws; the public revenues will be squandered on unworthy men; and the rights of the citizens will be violated or disregarded.

If a republican government fails to secure public prosperity and happiness, it must be because the citizens neglect the divine commands, and elect bad men to make and administer the laws.”

The Progressives measure our progress in how far we’ve departed from the teachings of the Bible. Look how far we’ve come in only fifty years!

We were naive enough to let the Progressives remove the Bible from our society. They knew they had to get those Bibles away from us before they could enslave us. They tell us there’s no such thing as truth, or liberty that comes from God. They want their government to be our god, and they want to make slaves of us all.

Why are they so afraid of the Bible? What’s in there that’s so dangerous, and so powerful?

It is the truth. The truth is their enemy. They can’t stand it, and they can’t stand up to it. To them it’s like Kryptonite to Superman.

The Bible Is The Word of God

According to a Rasmussen poll, 63% percent of the American people believe that the Bible is the word of God.

What about you?  Are you with us on that, or not?

The Apostles Peter and John participated in Jesus’ earthly ministry. They were there when he fulfilled all of the Messianic prophecies.  They were there when he walked on water, and when he fed the five thousand. They were there when he was crucified and they were there when he was raised from the dead. They knew from their own experience that Jesus is Lord and that the Bible is the word of God. They are pretty credible witnesses. Look at what they said:

“For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.

We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, than no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.”  2 Peter 1:16-21


“If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.”  1 John 5:9-10


The Apostle Paul was an expert on the Holy Scriptures. He stopped persecuting Christians and became one himself after his encounter with the risen Lord. He knew from experience that the Bible is the word of God. This is what he said about the Bible:

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”  2 Timothy 3:16

The Bible is not any man’s opinion, or philosophy. It is God’s testimony about his Son, Jesus Christ. It’s all true. It is essential information and you need it to live. Jesus said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Matthew 4:4

The Most Essential Part of Education

Dr. Benjamin Rush was in attendance when the United States was born. He was the youngest man to sign the Declaration of Independence and he attended the troops at Valley Forge. He graduated from Princeton in 1760, and studied medicine in London and Paris.

He was a prominent physician and medical school professor in Philadelphia. He was one of the founders of the Pennsylvania Society for Promoting the Abolition of Slavery. He helped Abigail Adams set up one of the first schools for women in America. He wanted to set up free public schools for children of both sexes, and what do you suppose he wanted taught in those schools?

I’ll let him tell you, in his own words:

“Let the children who are sent to these schools be taught to read and write and above all, let both sexes be carefully instructed in the principles and obligations of the Christian religion. This is the most essential part of education.” Letters of Benjamin Rush, “To the citizens of Philadelphia: A Plan for Free Schools,” March 28,1787

“By renouncing the Bible, philosophers swing from their moorings upon all moral subjects….It is the only correct map of the human heart that ever has been published….All systems of religion, morals, and government not founded upon it (the Bible) must perish, and how consoling the thought, it will not only survive the wreck of these systems but the world itself. ‘The Gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.’ (Matthew 1:18)” Letters of Benjamin Rush, “To John Adams,” January 23, 1807

The Bible Is Our Most Important Textbook

Noah Webster was a brilliant man. He is best known for his dictionary, Webster’s American Dictionary of the English Language, 1828 Edition, which is still in use today. He created a textbook nicknamed the “Blue-Backed Speller.” It was the most widely used textbook in America for a hundred years.

Clearly, Webster was an expert on educating children, and this is what he said about the Bible.

“The Bible must be considered as the great source of all the truth by which men are to be guided in government as well as in all social transactions. . . .”

“All the miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice, oppression, slavery, and war, proceed from their despising or neglecting the precepts contained in the Bible. . . .”

Noah Webster gave us the following advice concerning our responsibility as citizens.

American Patriotism Is Still Alive

We are a Homeschooling family. American History is our favorite subject, and we love going to the Taxpayers Tea Parties.

I’ll never forget the first Tea Party in Memphis.  My daughter and her four kids were there with me. We enjoyed being in the company of hundreds of American patriots. We felt like we were participating in American history. Which, of course, we were.

The kids were amazed by the passion of the speakers addressing the crowd in the open air. They liked answering the speakers saying,”We say no,” in unison with the crowd. We made a memory that day, and I hope they remember it all the days of their lives.

While we were driving home, I told the kids what I remembered about the American Revolution. I told them that Patrick Henry made a stirring speech in which he said “Give me liberty, or give me death.” And that speech was the spark that ignited the American Revolution. It must have been some speech.

So I found it and read it to the children. While I was reading it, I realized that I had never seen the entire speech before. some important things about it. I studied American History in college, but we only read the part where Patrick Henry proclaimed, “Give me liberty or give me death.”

It’s very likely that you have never read it either, and I’ll tell you why. Patrick Henry’s speech has been removed from our textbooks because he talks about God in it.  If  young and impressionable school children read this, they might be inspired to love God and to love America. That would defeat the purpose of modern education which is to indoctrinate our children with secularism, multi-culturism, and socialism.

The following lines are from Patrick Henry’s speech to the Virginia Assembly on March 23, 1775. They are just as true for Americans today as they were then. I believe that he was inspired by the Spirit of God to speak these words.

The millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides sir, we shall not fight our battles alone.

There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilent, the active, the brave. . . .

Is life so dear; or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death.

America is a Christian Nation

America has always been a place of religious freedom for all. But, the vast majority of the American people are Christians, not Atheists or Agnostics.

In spite of the enemy’s attempts to eliminate Christianity in America, we are still a Christian nation. A recent Rassmussen survey reveals that 79% of American adults believe that Jesus rose from the dead.

And, Americans also believe that the Bible is true. Rassmussen also found that 63% of of American adults believe that the Bible is the word of God.

How about that! It turns out that we are not losing the culture war after all, we are winning it.

What is more important than that is that God is winning the hearts and minds of the American people, one person at a time.
